Welcome to Hadden History of Western Pennsylvania. I have been researching Hadden genealogy and history of the descendants of Bartholomew for more than a decade and am now compiling all of my research into a book on his life and that of his descendants. We are descendants of Bartholomew’s son, Archibald (1790-1861) and are currently writing a book on Bartholomew and his eight children and their descendants. If you are a descendant of Agnes, Catharine, Jane, William, Alexander, Archibald or James; we need your help. We are in need of old Family Bible pages showing lineage, photos of people, photos of Hadden homesteads, etc.
We would like to include as many photos of Bartholomew and his descendants as possible in the book. If you have any family photos taken before 1950 of Hadden family units, please reach out to us.
